All products, including electronics, audio equipment, CCTV cameras, and accessories, are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, due to potential variations in monitors and display settings, colors and designs may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in AED (currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.
• Special offers, discounts, and promotions are valid for a limited period and may not be combined with other deals, unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders and Shipping

• Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

5. Warranty and Returns

• Most products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• If your product arrives damaged or is defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Returns for non-defective products must be requested within 7 days max. of purchase, with the product in original packaging and unused condition. A restocking fee may apply.

6. Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• In case of defective or malfunctioning products, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

All intellectual property, including logos, product designs, and website content, remains the property of Ammar Ibrahinm Electronics LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this content without explicit permission.

4. Orders, Shipping, and Cancellations

4.1 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days once payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Upon successful processing, you will receive an order confirmation email, including the tracking number once the order is shipped.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

4.2 Shipping

• Shipping options, including standard, express, or international delivery, are available based on the destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
• Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and the destination. Delays due to customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not within our control.
• Domestic Shipping: Expected delivery is within 1-2 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery can take between 3 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
• Shipping fees, taxes, and duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
• In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@ammarelectronics.ae for resolution. Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to certain restricted countries or regions. Please check our website or contact customer support for a list of areas we do not serve.
• Certain large or fragile items may incur additional shipping fees or require specialized handling, which will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

4.4 Order Changes and Cancellations

• Order Changes: If you need to change the details of your order (e.g., shipping address, product selection), please contact us at sales@ammarelectronics.ae within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the order has been processed.
• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
• • If the order has been shipped, you may still cancel, but you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and the product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are issues with stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

4.5 Refused or Undeliverable Orders

• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
• If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping costs.
